Behind on your books?
Let’s get them tidy and relieve the pressure
Bookkeeping catch-up by an accountant with 15+ years of experience. Done in QuickBooks Online, handed to your CPA tax-ready, so you can get back to your clients.
No sales call to find out. No obligation.
This is for you if
You’re a solo therapist or group practice owner, and the business side got away from you.
Your books are in QuickBooks Online or you’re ready to move to it.
Your CPA said they can’t file your taxes until your books are in order.
You know you are behind and just want it handled; not a lesson on accounting.
What every catch-up includes:
Outstanding bank transactions coded for accuracy
Practice income sorted the way it actually comes in; SimplePractice, Stripe, insurance deposits, etc.
All expenses categorized so you don’t miss deductions you’ve earned
Missing payee list handled for vendor reports
Reconciled bank and credit-card accounts
Financial statements prepared for the catch-up period (Balance Sheet and Income Statement)
You will have books that are clean, current, and ready for your CPA. I prepare everything your accountant needs to be tax-ready.

Hi, I’m Lorin
I’ve spent more than 15 years working in accounting and operations, helping businesses stay organized and financially healthy.
Along the way, I developed a passion for supporting therapists after seeing how often private practice owners are left to figure out the financial side of their business on their own.
As an Enrolled Agent, I have the expertise of preparing the accounting for tax returns. Your CPA will be glad you found someone who hands them a clean, tax-ready file.
Education:
B.S. of Accounting and Management from Presbyterian College
Master of Business Administration from Winthrop University
Enrolled Agent with the Internal Revenue Service
ProAdvisor with Intuit QuickBooks Online

how I work
You send the statements I request: bank, credit card, loans, and payroll. That keeps your price where it is and the work moving.
Want me to pull them myself instead? I can, with access to your accounts, for a one-time setup fee added to your contract.
Need it fast? Rush timelines are available for an added fee. Tell me your deadline and I’ll quote it.
Once You’re Caught up
Many catch-up clients move into monthly or quarterly bookkeeping once their books are current. No pressure, but when we’re done, I’ll show you what ongoing support could look like, and you decide from there.
